Missing LOTS of purchased in-app frames/stickers! – Fuzel Collage Review

Ever since I purchased my new iPhone back in January, I noticed that lots of previously purchased stickers and frames are MISSING even after I click on ‘restore purchases’. What is going on? How can I get back all my purchases? I have every single receipt saved, from iTunes, of my purchases from Fuzel Collage. Please let me know how to truly restore ALL my previous purchases. Also, I had lots of credits available too and it seems that your company just zeroed out all balances!!!! That is shady and stealing! What’s going on?
