Can you do a Anime Guy app like this? – Avatar Factory - Avatar Maker Review

I like the variety of characters I can make. I write, so I like seeing my characters come to life. I can now visualize my female utauloids! But the anime guys app doesn’t have these cool features. It would be nice to create my male utauloids with the same amount of options. If you can make a male version of this app (hopefully with less ads) that would be awesome and very much appreciated!
