Can’t access because it states the password is incorrect – Photo Vault Lock Photos Album Review

I recently started using the application and it suddenly stared that my password is incorrect. I typed in “reset password” as has been recommended and that still does not work. The only way to contact anyone this seems to be via twitter which I don’t have. May want to consider that as well.
