Gets stuck on a FINAL FANTASY ad – Snake VS Block Review

I’ve re-installed and despite purchasing the ad free version after every death the game gets stuck on an interstitial ad for Final Fantasy and I have to close the app and reopen. Too annoying to tolerate. What’s the deal?
