Customer service. – Clone Evolution: Cyber War Review

The game is fun but customer service is non existent. I bought 1 event package and got an error saying it was an invalid receipt. So I bought it again and got the same error, and then bought it again with the same error. So I contacted their customer support and got a reply back saying to close the app and reopen it. I did that and my rewards are still not there. Apple has refunded 1 of the 3 purchases and will not refund the other 2. I have contacted the customer service again and have not gotten a reply about the other 2 purchases.
