Designed for scientists, impossible to understand – Entrain Review

I downloaded this app in hopes of preparing myself for a trip to Japan from New York in hopes of preparing my internal clock and easing the transition. I set my itinerary but now can’t figure out if the app thinks I’m already at my destination. The terminology is clearly not intended for laypeople and the instructions are all but impossible to follow. This app is ridiculous and frustrating.
