Bad experience – TCLee : Remote for TCL ROKU TV Review

I have never written a bad review on anything but want to warn others. I downloaded the app and started to use it. I immediately noticed that the app is unusable without removing ads. I push one button and get an ad. Push another button and get another ad. I paid to remove ads because it has such high reviews. The charge went through but ads were not removed. I have reached out multiple times to support but receive no response. Do not download this app.
