Can’t unlock game – Lost Legends: The Weeping Woman HD - A Colorful Hidden Object Mystery Review

I liked the game. But when I get to the unlock game portion it won’t unlock the game. Says payment went through. When I try to unlock again it says already purchased open agin for free. Will not open. If I go to the already purchased area it says there is no purchase from me. So they have my money? They don’t have my money? I’ll be checking my bank so I can get a refund since it won’t open.
