Could not use it at all – Schedule Tech Review

I downloaded, created and activated my account. When I try to login, the app says “invalid username/password “. Requested password recovery, received an email with my username and password, but at the login, still didn’t work. Even the website doesn’t recognize my credentials. So I decided to give up and use another application.
