Having an issue – BIAS AMP 2 - for iPhone Review

Having an issue downloading the Bias Amp 2 upgrade that allows the dual mic and comes with the Celestion Speakers for $14.99. I have $15.00 store credit and it still won’t allow purchase. Please help, I bought a card for nothing when it could have went to my apple wallet
