Disappointing – Blur Background & Color Splash Pic Filter Editor Review

After purchasing this app, you have to make further purchases in order to use all the different effects in the pictures, not worth the 3.99 to blur the background and the additional 1.99 to use colors and another 5.99 to use all the other effects. Disappointed.
