Only app that actually works for this without a huge hassl – Photo Cut Out Editor Review

This app works a lot like an online picture editing tool that you typically can only access via desktop. Plus there is a magic wand tool you can use to easily select what you want out of a picture and extract it. Surprisingly powerful app! Well done
