Clears itself if I open another gps tracking app?! – Moves Review

My moves app is set to track me ALWAYS. Why does moves shut off and reset if I turn on my ‘couch to 5k’ running coach app (also uses gps)? Shouldnt moves just run in background? It makes me restart the app and reset the day at 0 steps after I exit my running coach app. Grrr! Also why does your feedback area ONLY give you multiple choice feedback to choose from with pre-written answers on the faq? What if we have a problem w the app or question thats not on there? I lowered your rating to 3 stars until you fix the reset issue but since you dont allow us to give feedback thats not on your list, I lowered it more to 2 stars. If you respond to this promptly with a solution, I will re-rate you.
