Paid to remove watermark but watermark is back – Video Editor - Editing Studio Review

I paid the extra $4.99 or so to have the watermark removed so that I can use my own logo for my videos however the watermark is back. Also it appears the app has a new branded image and I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. Tried contacting developer and it appeared the only way is via FB or messenger however have yet to receive a response. I wish someone would help. I need this fixed.
