Worthless app – Shopee TH – ส่งฟรีทั่วไทย Review

The website is no help as it's all in Thai and they refuse to translate it to English like so many other companies do. Even Lazada can be switched to English. On this app it does allow you to translate to English, eventually, but you cannot translate it to English until you create an account. I think you see the problem here. How does one who cannot speak or read Thai create an account if the entire page is in Thai?! Luckily, there was a help page that walked you through step by step to create an account even though it was all in Thai but they provided pictures for everything. OK, so account is made. You switched it to English, which was no easy task as that's all in Thai too. So far so good, with a lot of hassle. You've found a product you want. You added it to your cart. You're ready to check out. This is a breeze. You have to create an account. That's in English, great! Then you come to setting your province and city. All in Thai?!? What was the point of changing the language to English when they leave much of the address information in Thai?! So now I can't complete the address process and I can't order the product I selected. I tried calling. You guessed it. Recording, all in Thai. I didn't input anything and there was a wait. Then there was a message.... IN ENGLISH?! "Sorry you're having trouble. Goodbye!" Seriously?! The entire message on what to do is in Thai yet the hang up message is in English?! Are you kidding me?! Who is in charge over at this company? They need to be fired! They refuse to translate the web page. They refuse to fix the address input to include English like the rest of the translated page. They refuse to speak to you when you call or give you the option for English like EVERY OTHER THAI COMPANY. Well then, I refuse to give them my business. If you're a foreigner, stay away from this app. It's a worthless app.
