I love this game.....BUT – Word Craft - Word Game: Puzzle One’s Brains & Fun Review

I am hopelessly stuck on level 13 puzzle 9. Is there a bug in this puzzle? Please....... tell me how to solve this. I am so frustrated that I might have to give this game up because I cannot get past this puzzle. I know all the words but I can’t get them to fall correctly. H E L P.
