Unhelpful and I can’t unsubscribe – Snap & Translate - Translator Review

I’ve been using it a little bit and it doesn’t ever seem to translate the things I need. I got tricked into the free trial and now can’t unsubscribe. Note to developer: please help me unsubscribe.
