Spent $100 and still didn't get my gold – WarFriends: PvP Army Shooter Review

Truly loved this game but it was always rather expensive to actually have a competitive edge. I finally get a gift card as a gift and spend the entire $100 on a gold bundle to get my edge back and nothing. I reset the app and still nothing. Contacted apple to get a screenshot of my purchase history but the item isn't showing up there however the money is gone from the card entirely so it took my money but never gave the gold on my account. Apple said it had to be an in app issue and contact developer so I do and after dealing with support three separate times for different complaint tickets for some reason they still won't listen and say they can't help and to wait longer but I've been waiting for a week now. I truly did love this game but if I'm gonna get screwed like this i have to move a five star review to 1 star. When it comes to money then pay people what you owe as if EA hasn't had enough issues with being money hungry as of late. It's in game currency not food or clothes. I paid for something I should get something. Simple. Even worst I missed out on discounted offers while "waiting" for my gold to be added. Still to this day nothing has been done. I loved EA ? what happened to it. I'll also put out a WARNING on my YouTube channel and all blogs and forums to protect people from getting their money stole from a game glitch and a company that seems to not want to fix the issue.
