Imports don’t work – Health Data Importer Review

My initial import didn’t work because it was too large and the app crashed. It warns you about this and tells you to email support to ask how to split the data into smaller chunks. I did, and a week later I have no reply. I decided to split up the data myself, and I managed to get it all the way to he screen where I pick what devices I want to import from (Apple Watch, iPhone, etc) and then the app errors out and says the import was cancelled. No other information.
