Confusing!??? – Magic Card Trick on myHIP Review

Okay so I just got this app and I don't get what the arrows mean on the right also I don't know where to click when it asks what hand it is in... ughhh I don't get it! Also what the answer to the trick? Please tell me and help me out thanks !
