Need hint or manual reshuffle – Mahjong Deluxe 3 Go Review

I am stuck on a level 3 game with no moves that I can see. There are about 50-60 tiles left with 26 being visible. Only 14 are playable and no match. Why is there no “hint” button? Why no manual reshuffle button. (I finally did find a move but after a half hour. I could have used a hint and gone on sooner.)
