Paid for IAP, still getting ads... – My First Alphabet Phonics ABC Review

Furthermore, I’ve reached out via the App Support link in the App Store and NO ONE from the company has responded to my emails. Yet, I was billed for this $2.99. Don’t get me wrong, $3 isn’t a big deal, but when my 3 year old son is enjoying the art learning to write his ABC’s is CONSTANTLY getting pop up ads for BS games he has no interest in, it makes the experience TERRIBLE, which is why I paid for the frikking IAP to begin with! Someone needs to rectify this because I can do nothing on my end to get he ads to go away. HELP!!
