Problems right out of the gate! – Air - image & video for teams Review

1) email verification code does not work 2) no way in app to request new code 3) no “help” access in app (only a feedback option) 4) app description (in Apple store) clearly states “first 30 minutes free” but my account states “10 minutes free left” (all I did was a test video of less than 30 seconds) So far, not pleased and no way I’m signing up for a paid account. ?
