Completely loss my character – Blade Reborn Review

I really really love this game until I don’t know what happen and my character is gone or deleted with out me deliberately or accidentally doing it. This happen right after then update tht was on June 5th 2018. After the update servers started acting up, in game quality got poor, and I suddenly lost my character tht I put time into and work hard to develop. Extremely angry. ? Please fix this because I actually really enjoyed the game.
