Terrible glitches – Rio: Match 3 Party Review

I literally just paid 19 gems to get 5 additional moves in the waterfalls world level 273 and the game got stuck and wouldn’t let me do anything. I can’t find a way to reach customer support so I guess I just lost the real money I spent. Usually when it happens I’m not one move away from beating a level and haven’t spent money on five additional moves.
