RedMart has forgotten that when they make it troublesome to use their app, customers simply don’t use RedMart services at all. If you forget your RedMart account password, you can kiss your account goodbye. Using its password link to change your new password results in its system not recognising your log in email at all! And when you call its hotline to correct the issue, the customer service asks you to write in before they can help you! Who has time to write in for such a small thing? There are thousands of online shopping apps, customers will just use another instead of troubleshooting any.
