Just downloaded and already seems messed up – Slingo Arcade - Slots & Bingo Review

I just downloaded this game on my IPad. Signed in as guest. Game loaded fine but showed somehow I was already a level 29 with only 24 credits to play with. I mean I guess that could be right but seems weird. Have the game on my Galaxy phone with no issues. Tried deleting, restarting tablet, and reloading as support FAQ recommended. Same issue remains. Couldn’t figure out way to submit support ticket. So figured I would post issue here.
