Purchased 1 year but won’t let me access – Hungry Caterpillar Play School Review

Purchased one year but every time I open the app, it asks me to start the trial period. When I try to restore it, the app says I don’t have a subscription. I double and triple checked and my subscription is valid until May 09, 2019
