Can no longer access this app – Care4Today® Connect Review

I used to really enjoy this app but now not so much. I’m not sure what happened but I can no longer log in. I’ve tried to reset my password but the page gets stuck reloading. Please fix so I can continue using the app or I’ll try to find another. Thanks.
