I can not access the app – Brown Sugar - Badass Cinema Review

I signed up and paid for a month and I can’t even access the app, it has me at a screen that says finish sign up or watch trailer , and every time I click finish sign up it tells me my subscription info , but won’t let me proceed , please refund
