Does not work! – Invitation Maker - Flyer Maker Review

I have reinstalled and rebooted several times and it crashes when I try to design any invite. I’ve tried to submit my issue to the developer but low and behold that won’t work either. It asks for url before submitting and what am I supposed to put there? I feel cheated out of $20 when there is nowhere to ask for refund.
