Not a life saver... YET! – Earthquake+ Alerts, Map & Info Review

I am hoping if there is an earthquake of 6.5 or over, all kinds of alerts will appear on my phone and Apple watch, and immediately-- not an hour later. We shall see. I kinda don't think this will happen from the way the app is working so far.
