Above and beyond – FireBoard® Review

Fireboard Labs answered my call about a temperature probe that I was afraid had gone bad. I was willing to buy a new one as I knew it was out of warranty. Instead, they asked me to box up everything I owned, send it in at their expense, for evaluation. Within 4 hours of them receiving my kit, Stephen called to inform me they will be shipping a new pro kit out via ups. It arrived the next day and works perfectly. Until the probe had gone bad, which may have been my fault, I was 100% satisfied with the product, the app, and the company. They have my recommendation for anyone looking to monitor temperature for any reason. Incredible customer service. And made in the USA!
