App won’t open with new iPad – IKEA Place Review

New iPad, all iOS updates done. Deleted and reinstalled app. Restarted ipad. Still can’t get app to run. When I press the app I get a white screen like its going to start, then a little flicker, then the app shuts down. Bummer because I want to try out the ikea sectionals in my space before purchasing.
