CANT RATE YOU – Shopular: Coupons & Cash Back Review

I’d never used the app. Today I opened it up. It immediately asked me to choose. “Would you like to review this app” “I like this app” “This app needs some changes” (What!! I’d not used it yet ) I was forced to give one star and write this review. I wish more apps gave you time to review before asking how the app is liked!!!
