I understand you want to move on – Evertoon: 3D Movies & Avatars Review

You had something great. So much potential was here. You could’ve made something wonderfully great. Like one suggestion said allow users to make custom emotes, full body adjustments, and easier face creation without camera. I remember this app and trying hard to get followers. I remember seeing the trending and trying to get big. I remember planning to make my account have a buzzfed esq. side series. So many people have so many fond memories and then you just close it down. It’s like Miiverse all over again. In a day and age in which expression is so valuable and these kinds of socialization apps that let you make videos and share them on your own little mini YouTube was extremely valuable. Having a place where you could yell to the world about your problems through 3D animation was a gift. Now I can’t do that. I decided to come back to Evertoon to try my hand at getting popular again only to see that almost 1 year ago it was closed down. I know you want to move on, but this app could’ve been on top. Now look. People can no longer link arms and play in flowers making characters. You’ve taken away people’s ability to stretch their hand out and touch the stars. You’ve destroyed a community that had started to thrive and grow. Now it is nothing more than memories and a scarred battlefield, a hollow tomb singing a song of hundreds of restless souls and dreams. Dreams that will never be fulfilled. You brought people together. You did something great. Then because you didn’t want to continue it and you wanted to go bigger, people’s hopes and dreams, memories and friends have been taken away from them. I hope you’re happy with the path you are going. I hope that you feel accomplished even after demolishing this forest of growth and creativity. I hope you are content knowing that hundreds of people have been disconnected from their home on their phone, their outlet, their canvas. I do not wish to shame you Evertoon developers. I simple wish to put in perspective how much people cared about this and how getting a “Thank you for following the development and growth, we’re moving on now.” Felt. This was an amazing platform, but people are upset. You could’ve risen so high, yet you didn’t continue, you chose to run back.
