Still has problems – Boxed In Review

Love the game, but still has problems. As you near the solution undo fails even though I have purchased unlimited undo. Another significant problem is the lack of any way to contact the developer. Selecting support or developers web site sends you to a trailer to the game, nothing more. Hopefully this review will encourage developer to respond or fix the problem. 2 weeks later no response from developer. He must not care enough to look at what people have to say about the game.
