Does not work – DIY Themes - Custom Backgrounds,Themes and Wallpapers For iOS 7 Review

This app is not user-friendly and the only thing that works is only the wallpaper. If you add shelves or change I can’t it just saves it as a picture and doesn’t actually change the real icons. Don’t waste your money
