Need dev help – Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Review

The game is amazing and I had it on my old android phone but I got a new iPhone and I wanted to get the game on it since I have quite a few champions and I have made purchases to get other champions I wished to transfer my progress not only can I not connect my account until level 8 but when I redownloaded the game my progress was gone Pls can I get some help from a dev especially since I have purchased in game microtransactions will change to 5 stars if the situation changes
