App won’t save side-by-side photos. – Body tracker: Photo & measure Review

App crashed and closes every time I try to save my photos. Once I click on the arrow (save) button, the app closes. I contacted the support department and they asked me a few questions. I replied and have not headed back since I bought the app 4 days ago. Wish I had paid for features that don’t work. Can I please get a refund?
