GREAT!! until... – Offline Files & Web Browser Review

BEST!! GREAT!! Until I restored and upgraded my iPad pro 10.5" to iOS 11.3.1 as a new iPad without backing up. After restoring it, the downloading option window doesn't pop up at all.
