AT&T Directv Now – AT&T ProTech Review

I’ve had AT&T for gosh knows how many years & Directv Now for about 3 years. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in a company in my life. AT&T sells an idealistic TV plan with little to no way to contact them about anything. I spent my time this evening trying to connect with someone to get my SUPPER steaming TV service working only to be told that I would be called back in 30 minutes and after patiently waiting over an hour I try to contact them again. Surprise surprise they were closed for the night. I’m still without TV and satisfaction. I’ll be looking around for another provider of each service as soon as I can find someone to talk to.
