Nope—I was right. Play long enough and the game algorithm changes: The player starts getting dealt two-card hands of 4-8 or 12-16 too often. Double on a 10 or 11 and you can bet the next card will be 2, 3, 4, or 5. The dealer starts winning too often when the upcard is a 3-6. I don’t know why, because this app is not about selling chips. I’m guessing the software for the actual game is an off-the-shelf deal that is used by the online casinos to rip people off. The developer will deny it but I challenge him/her to play a couple hundred hands and tell us what he/she thinks.
