Plenty more that do better – Blur Photo Background Review

I’m exploring blur background apps and there are plenty of others out there that let you adjust opacity without buying into the whole app. I purchase apps that make me happy - I don’t pay first and then see if I’m happy. Nope - very unhappy they want me to pay first for a very basic feature.
