App crashes when the app tries to load an old save. – MARVEL Spider-Man Unlimited Review

I reinstalled the app, and then I opened the app, then I had to go through the tutorial level and cutscene. Then the app tells me that it found an old save and to load it, and then I tap on "OK", AND THEN THE APP CRASHES. This happens EVERY TIME. Please fix this!!!! PS: I have an iPad Pro. -David.
