Terrible customer service & false prices – Hand-Picked Atlanta Review

I purchased 3 tickets through the app which clearly says they’re $10 each. I was charged $15 & it only purchased 1, when I selected 3. I’m now on my NINTH email with them to get this refunded. I’ve submitted 2 screenshots proving what I’m saying is correct & they are still arguing with me. Do not purchase tickets through this app. They are terrible.
