Can't Use Embedded Video – Offline Pages Pro Review

I'm having a serious problem and am very disappointed. I used their feature to share my page and asked BEFORE I bought it whether my website would work in this app. I got a glowing email saying that it would, no problem. However, they didn't mention that my embedded videos would not work, and for issues they just refer you to "support". The "support" offered is simply the same email address as the one that told me it would work great. I have not been able to get a single response to my requests for help, even though I've emailed 3 separate times and said that I CRITICALLY need my videos to work, since this is my portfolio and I NEED to show content in meetings with prospective employers.
