Help - can’t install it – Eliss Review

Was working fine. Upgraded to iPhone X. Now the app doesn’t appear on the phone, or in my list of installable apps in iTunes. Apparently I can download it in iTunes, but I can’t install it on iPhone X. I also can’t install it directly onto the iPhone X. The cloud link is faded, and unclickable. The description says it’s compatible with this iPhone. Help!
