No recourse for orders not received – Banquet - Shop Top Wine Stores by Delectable Review

I like the idea of this app but in practice my experience has been terrible. I ordered a few bottles from a merchant but never received my shipment. Not only does the app not provide any tracking information or even confirmation that the merchant has actually sent one’s order, but there is also no customer service to turn to for help. So now I’m out a bunch of money with no way to recover it.
