Stopped working completely. – Texture – Unlimited Magazines Review

My texture app of which I have been a member for at least a year seems to have stopped working. I sent an e-mail to their customer support, was issued a support case # and nothing else. When I open the app it asks me to sign up for a free trial membership as though I have never been a member. Even my already downloaded issues will not Open. They guarantee that if you choose to no longer be a member all previous downloaded issues are still there to keep. I have nothing. And they are doing nothing. They have my money. I cant do anything about it. This app is continuing to get more and more frustrating. They use scrolling up and down form on many magazines. When doing this the app constantly shuts down causing you to start over. Because of this form it is impossible to read many of their magazines. Frustrating all together. May just go back to buying magazines. Maybe thats their whole game.
